Behdad worked as an IT & Management Consultant before supporting Mondi Group / Mondi Inncoat GmbH as Manager for Continuous Improvement in striving for process excellence and the successful implementation of strategic improvement targets. He worked as a freelance consultant before starting a new business together with associate partners and bringing it up and running as profitable privately held company and his exit mid 2023. Mid 2023 he built another startup in the field of management and IT consultancy, software development and professional services in the field of contracting and recruiting.

He loves IT and business related topics and always looks for the best practices in combining technology with process efficiency measures to drive continuous improvement and long-term success. While doing so, Behdad believes in the good in people and that its the people-factor that foremost drives and decides about sustainable business success in the market.
