Your Premier Caterer & Private Chef T. Cleaves is a father, resident Personal Chef and “culinary musician” who loves to make your mouth sing with different flavors from across the globe. Born in New Orleans he cut his culinary teeth at the feet of his mother and grandmother while absorbing all things music and culture from his hometown. His love for music began at an early age listening to his parents' 45’s, specifically the Dells “Stay in my Corner.” From there he began to fuse his love and passion for cooking with his new found love for music. His college years brought him to Houston, TX where he continued to perfect his passion in cooking. In 2005, he founded Cleaves & Co. Catering taking his love for cooking from a hobby to a profession. In 2013 he took his talents to the East Coast where he continues to enjoy preparing meals for satisfied clients, while maintaining his love for music and poetry.
His clients include Grammy nominated artists The Foreign Exchange and Eric Roberson, as well as author and motivational speaker Rahfeal Gordon.
