I am a digital education expert with 20+ years international experience. I have a diverse skill-set encompassing digital content production, team management, syllabus and curriculum design, product and course design, project management, instructional design, faculty recruitment, training and development, technical liaison between tech and content teams, thought leadership and digital marketing.

Previous clients and employers have included GoogleLabs, British Council, International House, Open University, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Macmillan, Bell Educational Services, Westminster University and many more.

I am a regular virtual and face to face conference speaker and specialise in delivering learning technology training to help English language teachers exploit web based applications and resources.

Among my more recent publications are Digital Video - A manual for language teachers, which I crowd-funded, developed and published independently, Creativity in the English language classroom which I co-edited with Alan Maley for the British Council and my ‘Web 2.0 Tools for Teachers’ manual which I published independently of Scribd.

In 2012 I won a British Council Innovations Award for excellence in course innovation for the Blended Learning in ELT course I developed for Bell Educational Services.

In 2016 I won a second British Council Innovations Award for Teacher Resources for my book - Digital Video - A manual for Language Teachers.
