I am a startup company lawyer at Fenwick & West. I represent companies at all stages, ranging from some of the world's leading Internet companies like Facebook and Twitter to two guys with a PowerPoint and a dream. With all my clients, large or small, I provide practical, creative and thoughtful legal advice that helps solve business problems. I have particular industry experience with consumer facing Internet applications where I've worked with a number of the leaders in the field. I also have worked with software, clean energy, mobile, gaming and device companies. I am also the creator and current curator of the Series Seed Documents (link below). I am trying to standardize and simplify the seed funding process.
