Trevis Harrold

Student and Senatorial Intern in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Trevis Q. Harrold is a Master of Public Policy candidate at the University of Michigan, Gerald R. Ford School. Trevis has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Eastern Michigan University. A nationally recognized student leader, Trevis is a Woodrow Wilson Thomas-Pickering Fellow with the U.S. Department of State.

Professionally, Trevis has completed several high profile internships with the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. embassy in Kosovo and the Office of Bilateral Trade; with the Michigan House of Representatives; the U.S. House of Representatives and also interned for U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow.

On campus, Trevis serves on the Student Leader Group working with EMU's Board of Regents and as a senior senator in EMU's Student Government.

Recently, Trevis participated in a research colloquium at the University of Leeds with the Worldwide Universities Network. He has been the Delegate of Michigan for United States Student Association and is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He has completed a study abroad program in Ireland and England. As a mentor, Trevis works with high school students through Upward Bound. After graduation, Trevis plans to join the U.S. Foreign Service.
