He is a regular industry presenter across Australia on a variety of SMSF topics, and is highly sought after for comment within the financial services media.
With the financial services profession undergoing substantial change as a result of FoFA and the Stronger Super reforms, Aaron's passion for the SMSF industry has lead to him to building The SMSF Academy™, which provides specialist training, education and practical tools to SMSF professionals and trustees.
Aaron's greatest professional achievement was to be personally invited by Jeremy Cooper, Chair of the Super System Review to discuss Phase Three, Structure, which focused of Self Managed Super Funds. As an active industry participant, Aaron has been an invited member of the ATO SMSF Auditor Working Group for Super Simplification in 2007, and is the current Vice Chair of the SPAA Victorian Chapter.
Aaron is married to wife Natalie, has three young children (incl. twins) and lives in Melbourne. He is a passionate Essendon supporter, and loves his golf as a member of Northern GC. Aaron was previously a nationally ranked High Jumper, with a personal best of 2.14m.
