I am keen to lead a business unit/team within startups/agencies/tech/marketing companies that are passionate about winningfor/with their
customers & ideally looking to grow regionally.

Have delivered double-digit revenue growth year-on-year, grew customer satisfaction scores and reduce team churn while transforming the business model to be customer focussed than sales target focussed.
