jenifer is a graduate of the prestigious Congressional Black Caucus Institute Boot Camp, has been a featured speaker at Netroots Nation, and crafted the strategy to help an unknown candidate earn a city council seat in the 9th largest US city. she writes regularly for her blog, 'the art of friendraising', as well as CLTblog, and the Netroots Foundation's 'Winning the Internet'.
