Phil LaTessa started his career as a mortgage broker with his business, The Funding Source, Syracuse in 1996. He worked tirelessly to get his company accredited as an “FHA Approved Lender” in 1998 and in 2001 he grew the company to a mortgage banker, illustrating his work ethic and skill set.
