With an unrelenting passion for real estate, Kyle approaches every opportunity as if it's the most important one yet! Kyle's career in real estate began in 2005 in the investing realm, and his real estate acumen has been refined across 7 states, all while being based out of Arizona and Washington. He started by buying and rehabilitating blighted homes and turning them into cash producing properties in Arizona, Michigan and Georgia. Kyle now offers his exceptional knowledge to our community as a local real estate broker. Whether helping his neighbors to buy their dream home, sell an existing home, develop their investment portfolio, or just assist in simple updates, remodels, or repairs, Kyle takes joy in being the go to guy. Kyle has been successful because he listens to the goals of his clients and aligns his resources to exceed these goals. He conducts his business with integrity, vision and compassion, all to create an enviroment that empowers his clients, solves problems, builds cohesion, and gives precedence to future transactions.

Since 2004 Kyle has sought to serve the local communities here in Washington. Kyle has been heavily involved in local youth sports programs with coaching and officiating. He also assists at the special event venues of his local community if Issaquah. Along with his wife and kids, Kyle strives to be an active and valuable member of his community.
