Started as first recruiter for BuildASign.com and grew the employee base from 70 to 250 while creating a recruitment team and managing all recruitment operations. Skillful in recruiting junior talent, executives and everything in between. Successfully recruited Art Directors, Software Engineers, Web Designers, Customer Service Representatives, Product Managers, Public Relations Experts, Online Marketing Professionals and Manufacturing Team Members. Thought-leader in the Austin recruiting community with regular speaking engagements and published articles on innovative recruiting techniques. I received my Bachelor's degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, and on a more personal level I am an avid sports fan, and runner. I helped to create the Texas Inebriated Tailgate Society in 2003, and still growing strong. In 2011 I created the Austin Texans fan group and became the official fan group to the Houston Texans for the Austin region. You can find me on Town Lake about 4 days a week blasting out 4-6 miles a run. All in all I love Austin!!
