I design and facilitate individual, group and family experiences that empower individuals in self expression, self awareness and healing via education, art and creative processes.

Working to empower myself and others spiritually, creatively and through the beauty of nature is my biggest passion. I am drawn to do and share art processes and particularly love facilitating SoulCollage®.

I have many previous years of experience working with individuals who dealt with mental, physical or emotional challenges. It was very natural for me to include the use of creative art processes whenever possible as a way to empower these individuals to meet their own needs. Art became a tool for self calming, reality orientation, self awareness, communication and self expression.

Eventually I was inspired to get licensed and to teach art. Later in response to more core soul urging, I studied Art Therapy at St Mary's-of-the-Woods in Indiana. I worked as an Art Therapist with individuals and groups of individuals who deal with trauma including women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, and military veterens and their family members. I continue to work in mental health advocacy and training.

I currently live on our families organic dairy farm where I can also indulge my love of the Earth and gardening.
