Theresa Jackson
Graphic Artist and Fine Art Photographer
I graduated from UCLA with a BFA in 1984. Upon graduation I embarked on a career in the graphic arts / print industry. I worked for a trading card company for more than a decade. During this time I developed an expertise in photo retouching, photo composition and all matters related to pre-press and printing.
My work experience includes technical support and training for a color management software company, project management, and product development. Since 2005 I have worked as an independent contractor / graphic artist, with a major focus in large format printing. My design and production experience includes vehicle wraps, canopies and very large banners.
My design contract work includes product photography, which allows me to indulge my true love for creative photography. It is here that I merge my art education with the Photoshop skills I have acquired over the years.
In 2010 I won a Photoshop World guru award in the artistic category for "My Trippy Self Portrait".
