Donald D. Wright, - CEO and Owner of the company is originally from Fort Worth, Texas by way of Nashville, Tennessee and currently residing in Norfolk, Virginia. Donald has over 23 years of military experience and has held several positions in upper management.

• Created the company and its first line product while serving onboard a
  United States Navy Submarine.
• Project and Maintenance Management Experience. He is the lead on all
  material conditions for a nuclear submarine, coordinating all maintenance
  actions.
• Has successfully trained several hundred military personnel using different levels of gaming techniques. These very techniques were inspiring to the starting of the company.
