Very Simply Overcomplicated

I'm known for my bear hugs. There's always a pitcher of lemonade in my refrigerator and a bag of Mint Milano cookies in my pantry. I don't drink coffee but I like hot spice tea. I occasionally smoke hookah and I collect shot glasses. I have an abundance of fleece blankets and I'm not afraid of being wrong. I have a healthy fear of heights but I love zip lining. I'm a much safer driver now than I was when I was sixteen. I'm twenty-three. I'm from Florida. I'm a graduate of Stetson University. I majored in Religious Studies and I minored in Gender Studies. I'm also a graduate of Vanderbilt University Divinity School, where I earned my Master of Theological Studies. I'm interested in U.S. state power, political ethics, biomedical ethics, gender/sexuality, human rights advancement, genocide, war, and torture. I'm currently a first year doctoral student in Religion, Ethics, and Philosophy at Florida State University. My favorite color is green and my favorite number is six (6). I potentially have too many v-neck shirts. I also like plaid a lot. And modern art. Especially installation pieces. I play Words With Friends. I rock Apple technology. My mom stuck a camera in my hands when I was three years old and it's been there (figuratively) ever since. I like stand-up comedy. And the feeling of freshly dried towels. Little things like cherry blossoms and butterflies fascinate me. I like old maps and cinnamon. I have an affinity for folklore, myths, legends, and ballads of all kinds. I'm a genuine fan of Los Angeles. Filmmaking appeals to me. I like quirky things and quirky people. Though, admittedly, people who talk to toasters trouble me. I have small feet (size 11) for a kid my height (I'm 6'4''). I can't sing and I can't act but I can Samba to save my life. I like Ryan Adams music quite a bit. I like strawberries and brown sugar and my apartment is full of books.
