Thomas Chow

Thomas is a business attorney specializing in commercial and international transactions for technology companies. He is currently Deputy General Counsel at Vindicia, Inc., a SaaS billing, selling and marketing solutions start-up. Prior, he was acting General Counsel for TechSoup Global, an international e-commerce enterprise operating in 39 countries.

Before practicing law, Thomas was a Systems Administrator and IT Specialist for companies such as Earthlink, RCN, Community Health Center Network, and UC Berkeley. He retains an active interest and passion for innovative technology.
