I'm a freelance hockey writer based in Toronto, and the managing editor of CanucksArmy.com.

CanucksArmy.com is the most trafficked and respected independent Canucks hockey blog on the internet. It's a property of the Nation's Network (OilersNation.com LTD.) - the largest network of hockey blogs in Canada and an affiliate of the Sporting News.

In addition to blog-running CanucksArmy.com for the Nation Network, I work for the Network in a sales, account management, digital ad operations, and community management capacity.

Before becoming a full time writer, I spent two years (February 2011 to February 2013) working at a Toronto based social media and communications firm called MThirty (now called Engagement Labs). I have written copy for, planned and worked on vertically integrated social media campaigns for some of Canada's most recognizable brands (including CIBC, Kokanee, Budweiser, Post Media News, Universal, Wakefield, the Toronto Blue Jays and more).

As a freelance hockey writer and reporter I've contributed to the Vancouver Province, The Vancouver Sun, The Sporting News, Vice Canada, Canucks.com, and Yahoo's Puck Daddy blog. I have been accredited to cover OHL, AHL and NHL games for a variety of outlets and have previously covered the NHL draft. I also occassionally write about television for DorkShelf.com and the Wa Magazine.

In 2009, I graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
