The senior vice president of global human resources (HR) operations for Flextronics International, Thomas Ezrin handles numerous elements of the worldwide company's operations. Earning $25 billion annually and operating in 30 countries, Flextronics International benefits from Ezrin's services in workplace productivity, executive compensation, health and welfare, and employee recognition. His initiatives have reduced costs and increased efficiency while contributing to the company's mission of social and environmental responsibility. Before accepting his current role, Thomas Ezrin served as Flextronics’ vice president and senior vice president of Global Total Rewards, streamlining its compensation and benefits process on five continents.

To prepare for his career, Ezrin earned a bachelor of arts in economics and history from the University of California, Berkeley. Concentrating on tax services, he served Arthur Andersen & Co. and Ernst & Young as tax senior of international assignment services and senior tax manager of international assignment services, respectively. For six years, Thomas Ezrin also functioned as director of international tax services for Vodafone/AirTouch Communications out of San Francisco. Moreover, he became a Certified Public Accountant for the state of California.

Following his tenure with Vodafone/AirTouch Communications, Ezrin re-focused his professional goals on HR. As vice president of compensation and benefits for VISA International, he oversaw a $50 million budget for health and wellness initiatives, organized relocation across several countries, and created an executive compensation program for the agency's “Top 75” high potential executives. His subsequent role as vice president and head business partner for HR with KLA-Tencor involved him with talent management and equity strategy, and featured him on a team handling a $400 million merger and acquisition transaction.

After three years with KLA-Tencor, Thomas Ezrin joined Flextronics International. Since becoming part of that firm, he has completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Development Program and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Advanced HR Executive Program. He also serves as the Chairman and CEO of the Flextronics Foundation, and represents Flextronics on the Advisory Board of Cornerstone on Demand.
