Thomas Ladegaard is a partner at LADEGAARD A/S with the main responsibility of developing e-learning and Blended Learning. This means that Thomas Ladegaard is in the key position of making Blended Learning a practical tool for the continuous development and training of your company. Thomas Ladegaard trained as a bank consultant and worked as an investment consultant for a number of years. Thomas has always been passionate about communication, so he decided to study communication, philosophy and social studies and received his MA. Thomas is the author of two books and a prolific blogger.
