Thomas McNaull

Wielding over 30 years of professional experience, Tom McNaull has built a reputation for his unparalleled commitment to professional excellence. As the Chief Executive Officer of MedStar Partners, LLC, which he founded in 2007, Tom McNaull has spent the last three years acquiring and reinvigorating struggling hospitals. With a long background in financial and operational management, Tom McNaull is well equipped with the knowledge and leadership to implement an effective turnaround in underperforming hospitals.
Prior to joining the team at MedStar Partners, LLC, Tom McNaull spent 14 years as the CEO of American MedTrust, now AMT Group, Inc., a hospital management and advisory company he founded in 1990. Since founding American MedTrust, Tom McNaull was an integral player in creating significant revenues for the company. As CEO of American MedTrust, Tom McNaull directed the turnarounds of Cape Coral Hospitals, the Medical Center of Lancaster, the Medical Center of Southern Indiana, and Richmond Heights General Hospital.

Tom McNaull garnered his preliminary hospital and financial experiences in a variety of executive roles before joining MedStar Partners, LLC in 1990. Tom McNaull previously served as the Vice President of Charter Medical Corporation, the President of Charter Information Systems, and the Chief Financial Officer of the Hospital Corporation of America.

Tom McNaull possesses a Master of Business Administration from the Emory University Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Tom McNaull also completed the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard University, a program designed to help senior business executives network and improve business strategy skills.
