Thom Wells

Tullahoma Tennessee

Originally, Thom Wells is from the Midwest. His hometown is outside of Chicago, in DeKalb, Illinois. Over the years, he has worked in California, North Carolina and currently resides in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

Thom Wells has led numerous public and private expeditions in scuba diving. Notably Wells helped lead the Masters Of The Arctic Expedition on behalf of the United Nations Environment Program. Wells has been a SSI Instructor Trainer, Certified Mountain Guide, Graduate of National Outdoor Leadership School as Mountain Guide PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Divers Alert Network Trainer, and a Medic First Aid Instructor Trainer.
In his extensive experience, Thom Wells holds both the Platinum Pro Award for Instructor and Dive Pro in logging over 10,000 dives.

Thom Wells’ development work has included numerous condominiums, private luxury homes, and resort development in Colorado, Washington, and Hawaii. He was project manager for the Mauna Lani Resort in Hawaii. Wells also built and developed numerous luxury projects privately for many years. In this capacity, he was a broker in both Washington and Colorado states, holding the GRI designation and the Real Estate and Securities Syndication certification.

Daily, Wells works as a construction managers and design consultant through his Thomas Wells Companies, Inc. Thom Wells is fourth generation in the building business and is well known for his work with many prestigious clients and projects.
