I am a proven and successful Customer Experience (CX) Executive Partner. Leveraging decades of experience and insights gained from over 50 client engagements, I know how to quickly identify, unlock, and realize the trapped value concealed across any organization with my set of finely tuned “Customer Experience (CX) lock picks”. I architect adaptive double-loop CX/EX “lighthouses” designed to protect your brand promises while teaching business leaders how to operate them.

I am also very active with my board work at the Consortium for Service Innovation and the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA), which enables my continuous learning and sharing of all things Service Innovation and CX best practices to continue to grow these noble global endeavors.

But in the here and now... I love building a fantastic home base in Southern California with my wife, Jen, and trekking on amazing adventures with our three teenage Daughters and golden retriever, Lulu. I am also blessed to have an older Son, Daughter, and granddaughter who are living their best lives with their partners in Florida, and through a lifetime of lucky breaks - guided by love, light & joy, I have friends & family all over the world.
