Thyrone Henderson

I have spent over 20 years engaging with and learning from an ever-expanding group of professional colleagues in Higher Education. I believe firmly that regardless of the type of the industry, organization or your position, there is opportunity to learn and practice leadership. In addition to a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, and some work on a Ph.D. in Workforce Development and Education, I have earned certifications as a Certified Career and Job Transition Coach (CJTC)and am a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). I have been certified to facilitate Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (I’m an ENTJ) and continue to learn more about the organizational applications of Strengths Finder (my top five are Strategic•Input•Achiever•Analytical•Responsibility). I have a passion for and am energized by encouraging and serving others.
