Timothy Shea

I'm a graduate of The George Wasington University with a degree in Geography (and a lovely minor in Geographic Information Systems). I found geography to be most appealing based on my passions and my quickly developed distain for my political science classes after freshman year.

After a brief stint as a Property Manager for Ambling Management, I found my current role at GW as Program Manager, Inventory Control. I truly enjoy what I do; I get to meet a lot of interesting and sometimes eccentric people, every day I am greeted with a new challenge or surprise, and, most importantly, I'm not chained to my desk!

I have a passion for transportation (and urban) planning, and would love to get involved in either of those fields some day. I'm more than happy to discuss anything related to either topic - as anyone who knows me can tell you.

Random fact: I find penguins and giraffes absolutely fascinating.

Random quirk: I currently sit on a bouncy ball, even though my current job would allow me to have pretty much any desk chair I wanted, which a lot of my friends find strange.
