Timothy Batchelor currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Center for National Security & Constitutional Law in Washington, D.C. Timothy Batchelor also sits on the investment committee of a multi-billion dollar Washington based private equity firm that targets investments in technologies aligned with the national security strategies of the United States. Present within national security oriented industries as well, Timothy Batchelor currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Subsea Engineering, Inc., a firm that develops sophisticated subsurface vehicles for the naval special warfare and intelligence communities. Pentagon leaders have publicly referred to these vehicles as the future of naval special warfare, and have acknowledged their revolutionary industrial applications as well.

To advance scholarship in the practice of National Security and Constitutional Law, Tim Batchelor recently collaborated with renowned Constitutional Lawyer Charles Shanor on updates to his books Counterterrorism Law (Foundation Press) and In a Nutshell: Military Law (West Publishing).

Prior to assuming his first role in the national security sphere, Tim Batchelor was a veteran entertainment financier, ultimately selling his highly successful investment firm to an overseas consortium. A parallel company to Tim's mainline investment firm successfully packaged the major Hollywood production "Riddick" following the sale of his investment firm.

Tim Batchelor also sits on the Board of Directors of the Center for Law and Economics in Washington, D.C., where he focuses on the often unspoken economic strategies of national security policy within the bounds of the Constitution.

Away from Washington, Timothy Batchelor is an avid supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project and the Infinite Hero Foundation.
