We are bio-psycho-social creatures: Genes create shared personality and intelligence dimensions, but also large individual differences in these. We amplify and shift these differences through experience. By our nature we are both group oriented and individualistic, creating fascinating moral values. On top of these we have learning and choice. These are my interests. What causes these differences, and how can we maximise these human potentials?
