With over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tim Williams, Managing Partner of the Idaho Research Group, brings his expertise to commercial real estate sales as well as to leasing and investment analysis. Located in Eagle, Idaho, Williams' firm commits to top quality customer service while providing development and marketing strategies, site selection, and commercial real estate services. Tim Williams' typical clients consist of title and escrow companies, developers, real estate attorneys and brokers, and investors residing within the greater Boise, Idaho area.

In addition to his position at Idaho Research Group, Williams also serves as President of Williams Research, Inc., a real estate services corporation recognized for its ability to go beyond client expectations. In his position as President, he applies his valuation and analysis skills to various non-residential real estate concerns, including office, industrial, and retail properties.

While maintaining employment both at Williams Research, Inc., and Idaho Research Group, Williams has also served as President of Single Point Solutions since 1998. With a vast knowledge of geospatial services, he specializes in the implementation and management of real estate-related Geographic Information Systems technologies.

Over the years, Williams has maintained numerous civic memberships. Idaho-related contributions include serving on the Board of Directors of the Boise Neighborhood Housing Services and affiliating with the Boise Executive Association. Additionally, he has served as the Education Chairman of the Southern Idaho Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Other professional achievements include receipt of the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2000, as well as the CCIM Designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, which he received in 2010.
