He was the CEO & founder of Socialcast (acquired by VMware, May 2011) and also a co-founder of about.me (acquired by AOL, Dec 2010).
He is interested in attention economics, flock theory, and collective intelligence. Previously he has taught at UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business.
