TJ HADLEY:

Background:

TJ Hadley is an attorney who was born in Belgium, courtesy of the US Army, but grew up in Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California. While attending college, she was an active member of the Trojan Debate Squad and was a USC Helene, official hostesses for the University and community service organization. She pursued her law degree in her home state of Georgia at the Emory University School of Law. During her time at Emory, she was a member of the Black Law Students Association, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and Lamar Inn of Court.

TJ is a dedicated member of the Atlanta Track Club and volunteers as a Run Lead and Pace Captain. While serving as a Run Lead and Pace Captain for the 2016 Spring In-Training Half Marathon and Atlanta Women's 5K programs, she trained and completed her first marathon at the Publix Georgia Marathon 2016. She has gone on to complete her second marathon in March of 2017 at the Little Rock Marathon while conitnuing to support new runners and walkers as a Run Lead and Pace captain.

For the 2016 and 2017 Peachtree road Race training season, she served as a In-Training for the Peachtree Road Race Site Coordinator. In addition, TJ volunteers her time on and before race day to help before participating in local races. She is 2017 Atlanta Track Club Ambassador and Outreach committee member who shares the mission of Atlanta Track Club her community and beyond.

TJ believes that an active lifestyle allows her to perform better in all aspects of her life. She shares her journey from reluctant fitness participant to avid fitness motivator who run/walks, spins, weight trains a
