My latest position in Bangkok, Thailand before moving back to USA was as a facility coordinator for an international real estate company called Jones Lang LaSalle. My key roles were to assist the facility manager and coordinate with other departments such as engineering, help desk, maintenance, and manpower. It was also important to always communicate with our clients to ensure their highest satisfaction with our service.

Moreover, In my position as secretary for a chief representative at Konoike Transport Co., Ltd. for 2 years, I accumulated extensive experience in office management including support of human resources, accounting, and the purchasing department. I am familiar with using Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word for writing meeting minutes, Microsoft Excel for recording and tracking accounting details and office supply inventory, and Microsoft Power Point for creating presentations.

In addition, my experiences studying aboard in California, USA and working with an international company have lead me to be able to use English professionally and fluently.

Currently, I just settled in West Plains, MO. My husband andI now have a house with the home office that already have the office supply setup such as computer, printer, hi-speed internet. Our home office is noise-free andin a perfect condition to work. According to applying for the remote job, I amwilling to be available for work in an odd hours or weekends.
