I'm a consultant, educator and leader to the people and businesses that I work with. I'm Managing Partner at Korva Consulting Ltd. and a former tenured Associate Professor of the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. My core focus is helping businesses improve processes using skills I have gained from over 20 years of project experience working with large clients and consulting firms in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Government, and Financial Services sectors. I have a deep understanding of supply chain and accounting/financial business processes as well as enterprise (ERP) information systems from vendors such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. I've led numerous courses, workshops, and consulting engagements in project management, performance measurement, process improvement, Six Sigma, and lean / agile operations. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified ScrumMaster® (Agile). I am also the founder of FPMcertify.com where we help project managers avoid certification hassles with their PMP® applications.
