Todd is an inquisitive learning & development professional (L&D) with an insatiable hunger for knowledge. A self-motivated learner, he has always focused on challenging himself to learn something new and enjoys sharing the knowledge and skill acquired with others. Throughout the past 13 years of his career, he has helped individuals build the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their personal and professional goals. In partnering with business leaders, he works tirelessly to align individual development goals with organizational goals to ensure optimal results.

Todd is currently a Sr. Learning Consultant for one of America's leading health insurance companies and serves on the Board of the Sacramento Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as the Director of Marketing.

With a passion for learning and a marketing background, it was only a matter of time before the two worlds came together. In 2009, Todd started sharing ideas and resources on social media and began blogging. For the past 6+ years, he has been contributing to several online publications in the insurance and financial services industries as well as publishing on LinkedIn. His work has been featured in Life Insurance Selling Magazine, LifeHealthPro.com’s Top 100 Sales and Marketing Ideas (2012, 2013, 2014), and has been read in more than 20 countries. Todd received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & International Business and also a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Pennsylvania State University. A long-standing member of the Association for Talent Development, Todd also earned the Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) designation from their Credentialing Institute in 2013. Todd recently earned the Certified Performance Consultant (CPC) designation and Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) designation, as well as earned the Blanchard Certified Manager certification from Ken Blanchard Companies.
