Todd Neill

Todd Neill is the owner of Covenant Home Inspections, Inc. a home inspection company that performs residential home inspections in Middle TN. He is a member in good standing with the National Assoc. of Certified Home Inspectors and is licensed in the state of TN, #819.

Before entering the home inspection field, Todd worked for 15 years selling AT&T products. In 2007, he started a construction company, Covenant Builders, LLC which specialized in the building of barns and utility buildings.

Todd is a lifelong resident of Bedford County, TN and a member of North Fork Baptist Church in Unionville, where he also serves as Youth Pastor. He has been married to Rachel Walling Neill of Franklin for 11 years and has 2 children.
