Tolis Dimopoulos

I serve as outsourced general counsel for technology startups and entrepreneurs and provide board level legal and business advice regarding corporate matters, securities regulation, financing, IP, employment compliance, and M&A; transactions. I am deeply involved in the Seattle startup ecosystem and am the organizer of the Seattle League of Extraordinary Entrepreneurs, which connects first-time entrepreneurs with serial entrepreneurs for mentorship and coaching. I regularly serve as a mentor, coach and judge for various regional organizations and competitions, including the Seattle Angel Conference, StartupWeekend, the UW business plan and global social entrepreneurship competitions, and am a supervising attorney at the UW law school entrepreneurial law clinic.
