Tom Cotter's ideas are so contagious, vaccines were created for them. Police often question him because his carbon footprint is nowhere to be found. Years ago, he created a eco-city out of blocks made from recycled belly button lint and today over 600,000 people live and work there. He does his part to help the climate by only exhaling oxygen. He’s against cruelty to animals, but isn’t afraid to give a stern warning. He has found Waldo several times, but has released him because he enjoys the hunt. He takes his salad dressing right on the salad, so there is no going back.
