What does the customer need? Can we solve the pain points and innovate in the same space? Some say no, I believe these are not mutually exclusive targets for the Product Manager. I want to build great things that make life easier, make people happy and it wouldn't hurt to turn a profit and make the world a better place.

My focus is connecting technology with our lives in a meaningful way. Delight, innovate and solve problems. Know your customer not as a customer or a collection of data points but a collaborator, a friend and an ally.
