I Joined the company as an investigator and took over the day to day running of the company within 6 months. Carrying out due diligence, background checks, pre-employment screening (to director level), housing and benefit fraud and corporate investigations and running surveillance tasks of up to 14 operators both in the UK and abroad. Producing extensive reports for clients and liaising with local police and court officials.
 Reporting directly to the board of directors on upcoming tasks and keeping them informed of all running tasks and client meetings. Reporting monthly on purchases and sales figures and producing profit and loss figures and working out margins.
 Client meetings and producing costs and quotes for work with comprehensive breakdown of all costs.
 Hiring in, briefing and tasking sub contractors for a number and variety of tasks but also carrying out tasks myself as a team leader.
