Founder Highlights:
I've started 3 companies where I've built teams and/or raised venture capital. These companies employ hundreds of people and generate millions or tens of millions in annual revenue.

I've also built and sold two other projects within 6 months of creating them.

Product Design Highlights:
I was the sole product designer behind the largest 30-day crowdfunding campaign in history (glowforge.com) and led product and design efforts for a software experience that users love.

I was the sole product designer behind Cubeduel, the only thing to ever go viral on the LinkedIn platform. It spawned a dozen copycats and was sold in 2011.

I built an iPhone app that was the top grossing app in its category.

I was the sole product designer and led marketing for RescueTime. I generated coverage in the WSJ, NYT (front page), and more.

When AJAX changed the way we could design web apps, I was leading the charge. When reviewing an app I designed, Mike Arrington of TechCrunch said "Anyone building a new web company with search features should take a look and consider, cough, copying their interface. It’s really exceptional."

Management Highlights:
An engineer who I worked with said "the product and design specs your team generates are the best I've ever worked with... The right amount of clarity with the right amount of room for agility."

A senior designer who reported to me said I was the best Art Director she's ever worked with and had "a HUGE impact on how I view work and how to approach it."
