Tracey Scott-Townsend

I go into my shed to write. When I close the door behind me and sit at my desk it's like being in church. I've had several short stories published and two novels.

I'm the mother of four children, now mostly grown. I've learnt travelling from my sons and they've taught me to spread my wings and fly. My daughter's artistic talent shines through the paper-thin skin of her childhood coccoon.

I love to travel in our bus-with-a woodstove with my husband and our labrador, Riley. One day we plan to take off completely. We'll need a bigger van then, and shall probably take the cat as well.
