Originally I am from Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean but I came to Canada 7 years ago for school and have since stayed for work. I studied at the University of Toronto Scarborough and did an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree, Specialist program in Psycholinguistics. Currently I work at the university coordinating and promoting events. I haven't blogged in about 6 years but I'm hoping to get back in the game and find my voice again. I also hope that it will serve to not only explore stress relief methods, but to relieve some of my stress in the process and hopefully yours too!
