I'm a casual runner serious about not taking this running stuff too seriously. I was diagnosed with AFib on November 8th, 2013.

Last year's Boston Marathon was my 10th and final marathon, and now I'm turning my attention to half marathons and shorter races, as well as sparking awareness for AFib detection and overall heart health.
