A lifelong resident of Missouri, Tracy Wayne Mitchell is licensed by the State of Missouri Department of Insurance to provide advice to consumers concerning Annuity, Life, Long Term Care and Health Insurance products. Since 1995, Tracy Wayne Mitchell has offered clients— especially those nearing the age of retirement—quality investment counseling and education. He regularly writes articles concerning estate planning and retirement investments, which have been published in the Money Making Cent$ section of Boomer The Magazine. Furthermore, he received the "Seal of Excellence" award from Kevin Wingert, past President of the American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company.

Tracy Wayne Mitchell is the owner and director of Mitchell & Associates and Federal Employee Benefit Advisors. He has lectured to and trained many loan officers in the area. Since 2000, he has also directed a finance class for those who wish to continue their education beyond college. Held at the Lifetime Learning Center in Springfield, MO his classes have been attended by hundreds of students. He has also developed a specialty providing education and advice to federal employees concerning the benefits for which they are eligible, helping them prepare for retirement, and helping them to save money regarding their current selection of benefits.

In his time away from work, Tracy Wayne Mitchell finds the time to support a variety of charitable organizations. He volunteers on a regular basis with The Kitchen, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cafeteria serving the homeless in Springfield, Missouri. He is also a financial supporter of his hometown church— James River Assembly in Ozark, Missouri—and supports Christian Missionary efforts around the world. In his spare time, he enjoys bass fishing and both roller and ice hockey.
