Transition Pt Chevalier

Part of the Transition Town's network, Transition Point Chevalier is committed to creating an inclusive, cooperative, compassionate, fun-loving and vibrant community, by living and acting locally, applying sustainable practices and developing community resilience.

Our group welcomes anyone wanting to be involved in creating a healthy connected community, there are no membership fees or expectations. Its free so come along to our monthly meetings, have a cuppa, meet Pt Chev locals and see what we are doing.

We are currently nurturing a community garden at The Old Homestead, installing fruit trees in our parks for all to share. We have special purchasing and library groups and hold monthly meetings to share ideas.
