I'm an over-educated MD, MBA (healthcare-focus), and MS (IS). I'm an expert, speaker, and commentator on healthcare technology and social media. My life's mission is to improve healthcare for providers and consumers through intuitive technologies, making both sides of care more enjoyable and efficient. I’ve worked in IT consulting (PwC and Booz), founded an NGO, founded an international mHealth company, helped healthcare organizations large and small with technology decisions, written industry blogs, and spoken nationally on health technology. I’m convinced there are invaluable lessons and mashups from outside of health that can be leveraged to disrupt our broken system. I currently serve as Editor for HIStalkConnect, an industry blog.
