By day I'm a hard working business owner, consultant, speaker and coach who's all about helping individuals and organizations succeed. I'm a passionate people advocate trying to change the world one person, one family, one team, one organization at a time. Whether it's your personal or professional life, my passion is helping you to get from where you are to where you want to be! As I'm on my own journey of transformation and trying to figure out how to be the best, most authentic version of myself, I want to share my lessons, expertise, knowledge, passion and strategies with you. Both I and my company exist for the purpose of doing just that! I have over 17 years of experience working with and for domestic and global companies like Newell Rubbermaid, McKesson Corporation, Oldcastle, Inc., Georgia-Pacific/Koch Industries, SunTrust, Cox Enterprises, NASCO, Prudential and The Coca-Cola Company, as well as small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations. I currently reside in Atlanta, GA with my two beautiful children. I have a "thing" for spas, shoes, movies, music and traveling to anywhere there's a beach nearby. So apart from work and family, I'm usually doing one of those activities!
