For a song to be great, all the elements of the project have to tie seamlessly together. From locating the most creatively produced track and the song content to match, to placing it with the perfect artist to soulfully or lyrically bless the record vocally - a lot goes into creating that hit song. Tyrome "World Wide Ty" Baisden has a talent for helping recording artists bring out their creative best and maintain an impressive body of artistic works.

Beginning his industry work with a college internship at SESAC, Ty was determined to learn the business of music from a reputable and proven source. At SESAC, Ty gained invaluable experience, cultivated lasting relationships, and was off to an amazing start to building a respectable resume.

From SESACE, Ty would later move on to secure his first job in the music business as A&R (Artist and Repertoire) with Peachtree Music Group. Taking what he learned during his internship at SESAC, combining it with his natural ability and passion for music, and now having an opportunity for practical application, Peachtree Music Group was where Ty strengthened his knowledge and understanding of music contracts, licensing and publishing.

While working with Peachtree Music Group, Ty began to expand his network and create his own opportunities in music. His drive and determination combined with his creative and business knowledge in music eventually caught the attention of executives at Crown World Entertainment – which would later become Ty's career home.

Ty is currently the A&R at the Atlanta-based entertainment powerhouse, Crown World Entertainment (CWE). At CWE, Ty continues to arm himself with knowledge of the ever-changing music industry. He works with impressive musical talents such as singer/actor Jacob Latimore, singer/actor Alix Lapri, rapper/actor Justin Martin and successful songwriter TC – who has penned songs for some of the music industry's most notable entertainers. His most notable career milestone thus far is his involvement in song placement with TC and Rodney Jerkins with pop sensation and GRAMMY-winning recording artist, Justin Bieber. The record, "She Don't Like the Lights," was placed on Justin Bieber's Believe album (2012).

"I help creatively package music with a variety of messages and purposes. It's a big responsibility, and I enjoy it." – Ty Baisden, A&R Crown World Entertainment
