Uriel Aiskovich

Buenos Aires, Argentina.

My master is Woody Allen, I love to listen to Queen, Foo Fighters and Soda Stereo and I´m a proud fan of River Plate.

For the past 10 years I've created and leaded non-profits and NGOs which advance education, human rights, democracy and cultural understanding.

I'm the founder and Executive Director of Altneuland Foundation - which promotes Cultural Diversity through art – and Shagriria - an organization that trains university students to be Young Diplomats in order to promote peace and cultural understanding.

I was the founder - and Academic Director during seven years - of MINU, an NGO that advocates democracy at High Schools throughout Latin America by means of innovative educative programs such as Model UN, congress role playing and others.

I work as project manager and community Director at Centro Hebreo Iona, a Jewish community with primary school and kindergarten and I'm Professor of philosophy of the social science at the Political Science career at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where I got my Bachelor degree. I'm currently working on my thesis for an M.A. in Cultural Diversity.
