Valley Reed - In 1987, my life changed after experiencing a precognitive dream which saved my life. Since then, I have been exploring dreams and sharing with others what I have learned. Dreaming is a language we all share and yet one we are always learning. We each dream every night and in that space, our deepest fears and brightest potential awaits. Active Dreaming offers approaches in which we may choose to challenge our own fears or glimpse our brightest dreams to be brought into the waking world.
