It is with a proud and respectful heart that I applaud our American citizens for their support of our Military. I haven't witnessed in my past as much support both financial and emotional as have been extended over the past few years.

I was recently honored to be a part of "The Cook's from the Valley" and joined them on a 15,000 mile journey serving some 18,000 Harris Beef steaks to some of our brave men and women serving on ships and bases in the South Pacific. It was a venture I will remember the rest of my life.
