Real Estate expert with 20+years of diversified experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing, telco tower leasing, and corporate real estate facilities management. Vicky’s extensive practice in the United States underscored the importance of the advancement in real estate, legislation, digital and technological innovations in Africa, inspiring her to champion organized real estate, and Proptech in Ghana.

**In the United States**

Vicky is celebrated within the African community in Illinois for her expertise in financial planning, guiding clients to achieve homeownership and real estate investment.

Vicky played a leading role in establishing Bilateral partnerships between NAR and GREPA.

She serves on the State of Illinois Governor’s Board of Directors of the Real Estate Administration and Disciplinary (READ) Board.

**In Ghana**

Vicky assists diaspora families in acquiring property and managing investments and providing advisory services.

She serves as a Board member of the Ghana Real Estate Agency Council and a committee member of the education committee

**Thought Leadership**

Vicky’s global mission aims to remove obstacles hindering real estate institutions and professionals from achieving development goals. She is dedicated to formalizing real estate markets through associations, technology, legislation, advocacy, resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships.
In 2011, she founded GREPA, which has become one of Africa's strongest and most networked real estate institutions. She introduced the first Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Property Specialist (CPM), ABR, and ePro programs in Africa, and the first MLS in Ghana and Africa. She initiated the Africa Real Estate Conference & Expo (ARCE Conferences) focusing on technology and sustainable development goals.
She recently engineered the establishment of a continental association for union of African Real Estate Professionals (AREPA)
